Columbia Heights

FORMA was commissioned to design the Building Lobby, Leasing office, Public areas, Typical corridors, Party room, Gym, and the typical Unit interior design and Model apartment furniture selections for this new apartment block in Columbia Heights. The hip feel of a boutique hotel for the thirty-something target audience was coordinated in the Branding of the building, signage and way-finding package, website design, leasing graphics package and Advertising, for a strong Identity package that placed the project in a leading position in the Marketplace and helped for strong leasing success.
