The
adaptive reuse of an existing building in the Logan Circle area
of Washington DC into an Art Deco inspired apartment complex with
seventy eight new apartments - a mix of two story lofts, studios,
one and two bedroom units.

Design was the Interiors Architect and Torti GallasCHK
was the base building Architect. The project was featured in "The
Georgetowner" in May 2003 and in the Washington
Post in September of 2003.
